My name is Laura, and I am a perpetual seeker of truth. My mission is to cultivate love in our world by accompanying other souls on their journey to remember their true essence.
LOVE to BE™ is the heart of this mission, where I offer group and individual programs to soulful humans across different countries.
I have been practicing Reiki for over 25 years, offering thousands of Reiki and holistic therapies. Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of teaching this sacred practice in English, French, and Spanish.
Today, with a humble and joyful heart, I am excited to introduce my unique vision of Reiki as a new lineage—The Reiki of the Heart™. This vision embraces each human’s deepest and bravest journey: Self-Mastery and true Heart Awakening.
It would be my honour to co-create this journey with you!

Glimpses of the journey that led me to you
1980
Honoring my true nature—even as a child, I knew I was an artist at heart.
1994
Embarking on my journey in the hospitality industry (working with the animation team in Playacar, Mexico)—a path that would span three transformative decades.
1996
The darkest moment in my descent into the shadows—depression and a soul that had forgotten its light.
1998
The year Reiki found me. I received my first attunement and stepped into the path of a Reiki practitioner.
2007
Becoming a PLAYBACK theatre actress—my joy, my expansion, my sacred space.
A perfect fusion of art, storytelling, and heart-centered connection.
2015
Initiated as a Reiki Master—this was the birth of my mission rooted in LOVE.
2021
Graduated as a Mind Rebel Coach—a bold leap of faith that redefined my path.
2023
JAPAN: A soul pilgrimage to the birthplace of Reiki and a profound reconnection to its essence.
2025
The birth of my dream: LOVE to BE™, and the blossoming of my heart-rooted lineage, Reiki of the Heart™.
Coming from diverse continents, countries, cultures, and Canadian provinces, we acknowledge that our Semillas and Love To Be™ communities gather on the unceded Indigenous lands of the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation, the custodians of the lands and waters of Tiohtià:ke / Montreal — a traditional and historic meeting place for many First Nations.
With deep gratitude, we celebrate the richness of our diverse roots and honour the living connections that unite Indigenous Peoples and the people of Montreal — and more broadly, of Canada — in respect for the past, the present, and the future.
